Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ncida.org (the "Site"), operated by the North Carolina Indian Dental Association ("NC IDA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About NC IDA

NC IDA is a professional association based in North Carolina, United States, dedicated to fostering collaboration, mentorship, and community among dental professionals of Indian origin in North Carolina.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to it;

3. Submissions and User Content

When you submit information through forms on the Site (such as the interest form, contact form, or membership application), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant NC IDA permission to use that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Membership

Membership in NC IDA is offered subject to acceptance of your application and payment of dues. Membership benefits, terms, and eligibility are described on our membership page and in any membership materials provided to you. Membership dues are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by NC IDA or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, or distribution, requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including Google Forms, Google Maps, payment processors, and social media platforms. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
